Vegetables and Herbs

We grow a wide variety of vegetables, including:

arugula, beans, beets, bok choi, broccoli, cabbage, napa cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celeriac, cucumbers, eggplants, endive, garlic, mixed greens, herbs (basil, cilantro, dill, parsley, green onions), kale, kohlrabi, leek, lettuce, onions, peas, peppers, potatoes, radicchio, radishes, spinach, summer squash, Swiss chard, tomatoes, turnips, watermelon, and winter squash


Our produce is available through our CSA program, at select local restaurants and through Eat Local Grey Bruce.



Spring Vegetables

We are experimenting with over-wintered vegetables and perennials in order to have fresh vegetables early in spring (April to May), without having to shovel snow off a greenhouse all winter.

In 2017, we'll be selling fresh, spring produce as it becomes available, through Eat Local Grey Bruce.

Watch for rhubarb, spinach, carrots, mache/corn salad, parsley, kale and Swiss chard from us, as soon as the snow has melted.
