Vegetables and Herbs

We grow a wide variety of vegetables, including:

arugula, beans, beets, bok choi, broccoli, cabbage, napa cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celeriac, cucumbers, endive, garlic (not in 2018), mixed greens, kale, kohlrabi, leek, lettuce, onions, peas, sweet peppers, potatoes, radicchio, radishes, spinach, summer squash, Swiss chard, tomatoes, turnips, watermelon, and winter squash

We also grow lots of herbs, including:

basil, cilantro, dill, parsley, green onions, as well as epazote and papalo (by request).

This year, we will be developing our perennial herb garden. Stay tuned for mojito mint, sage, thyme, oregano, bronze fennel and others!

Our produce is available through our CSA program, at great local restaurants and through Eat Local Grey Bruce.
